When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This information is used solely for website analytics and performance improvement.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information strictly for the following purposes:

(a) To provide quotations — Your vehicle details are used to assess compatibility, determine pricing, and provide an accurate quotation via WhatsApp.

(b) To deliver our services — Your contact and vehicle information is used to schedule, prepare for, and perform ECU calibration and related services.

(c) To communicate with you — We may contact you via WhatsApp or phone regarding your booking, service progress, or follow-up.

(d) To improve our services — Anonymised, aggregated data may be used to understand trends and improve our offerings.

3. WHAT WE DO NOT DO WITH YOUR DATA

We explicitly do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to any third party, for any reason, at any time.

• Share your data with marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers.

• Send you unsolicited marketing emails or SMS messages.

• Use your data for any purpose other than providing our services to you.

(a) Form submissions are stored in a password-protected Google Sheets document accessible only to ATM Chiptuning Garden Route management.

(b) Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.

(c) Access to customer data is limited to authorised ATM staff only.

(d) We do not store credit card or payment information on our website or servers.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy. Specifically:

(a) Enquiry data (form submissions) is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission.

(b) Client service records are retained for 5 years for warranty and reference purposes.
